Recognize their favorite food to eat - Celery, Apples, Carrots, maybe even Peanut Butter. Try to find a queen, alpha ant. Identify the insect's head, thorax, abdomen, six jointed legs, and a harden outside shell up close and personal! Compare Harvester Ants to the Carpenter Ants, Odorous House Ants, Pavement Ants, or any of the other ones you find outside.
